Ellen is an emerging pastry chef, with experience preparing a wide range of cakes and desserts.  Graduating in 2007 from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Ellen has trained at some of the country's top restaurants and bakeries including Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill in New York, Truly Jorg's in Boston, and the Swedish Bakery in Chicago.  Whatever your dessert needs are - from wedding cakes to birthday cupcakes - she can work with you to make your special day truly sweet!
